  • The Returned amount will be provided as an In-Store Gift Card.

  • Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items will only be considered if supported by a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video of the package. Requests without this proof will not be eligible for return or refund. 

 

 Exchange Policy

At KAVSU, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. In case of size issues or any genuine concern regarding your order, our team will be happy to assist you with an exchange.

  • Exchange requests will be processed only after the original product is received back in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The exchanged product will be dispatched after successful quality inspection of the returned item.
  • Reverse pickup and re-shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
